Using HappiR

By using the HappiR website, apps, partner application flow, or partner tools, you agree to use the platform honestly, provide accurate information, and avoid misusing offers, accounts, redemption flows, forms, or support channels.

Accounts and access

Partners are responsible for protecting account access and making sure only authorized owners, managers, or staff use partner tools. HappiR may restrict access if account activity looks unsafe, inaccurate, or unauthorized.

Offers and availability

Restaurant offers may be limited by time, location, quantity, eligibility, branch, or merchant rules. A deal shown in HappiR may change, pause, end, or become unavailable based on the offer conditions or merchant availability.

Claims and redemption

Users should review deal details before claiming. Redemption depends on the offer rules, valid timing, restaurant verification, and any conditions shown in the app. Claimed offers are not guaranteed outside their valid window.

Partner applications

When a business applies to join HappiR, it confirms that the submitted information is accurate and that the applicant is authorized to represent the business. HappiR may review submitted details and documents for verification and onboarding.

Approval and onboarding

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. HappiR may approve, reject, pause, or request more information before onboarding a business. Approved partners may receive access to setup, campaign, and offer tools.

Partner responsibilities

Partners must keep business information accurate, honor approved active offers, avoid misleading availability or redemption practices, and follow the agreed campaign, pricing, and onboarding rules.

Pricing and commercial terms

Plan pricing, offer limits, featured placement, branch support, and other commercial conditions may be confirmed during onboarding or through a separate agreement between HappiR and the partner.

Documents and verification

Documents submitted during onboarding may be used for review, verification, operational, and legal purposes. Access should be limited to appropriate team members and retained only as needed.

Updates and liability

HappiR may update these terms as the product, apps, partner tools, pricing, and redemption systems evolve. This page should be reviewed by legal counsel before production launch.
